As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be a key contributor to this mission, working in a reputed company and engaging environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving reputed company and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
• Providing customer support by phone, email or reputed company message to business customers. Serving as primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalating more technical product-reputed company issues to reputed company Product Support department.
• Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
