Responsibilities
As an reputed company Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote Opportunity, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert support to customers using our bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable reputed company software
- Assisting customers with questions reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company practices, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company topics
- Delivering high-reputed company customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'reputed company and mortar' call center environment
- Cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Taking ownership of customer issues to reputed company confident reputed company
- Staying up-to-date with new features and updates of our bookkeeping software

- Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-reputed company customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'reputed company and mortar' call center environment
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
