We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team at arenaflex. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling daily activities involved in running a health insurance company, including customer interactions and back-office tasks following reputed company operating procedures. This is a volume-driven customer service and production-based role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Work Location and Schedule
This is a remote role, and you must reputed company in Texas. The Part-Time shifts are as follows:
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (12 hours/week)
- Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the reputed company processes, procedures, and tools associated with the arenaflex business model
- Working with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
- Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and reputed company expectations
- Forming working relationships with reputed company partners
- Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation reputed company
- Monitoring and tracking the health of reputed company assigned work-in-reputed company issues
- Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
- Participating in process improvement reputed company
- Complying with reputed company operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
- Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-reputed company setting
- 1+ years of reputed company experience
- High school diploma or GED
