Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent - French Speaking, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our panelists across a reputed company of different channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving or exceeding required KPI goals
• Supporting members across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Achieving or exceeding required KPI rating for panelist satisfaction
• Performing end-user testing of panel websites and reporting findings to appropriate personnel
• Researching and performing fraud checks
• Ensuring escalated complaints and sensitive subject reputed company are resolved accordingly
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role
