Your Role
As a Full Stack Marketplace Engineer – Customer & Partner-facing, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Co-innovating with customers: Translate customer needs into use cases to deliver fully integrated solutions that meet their unique business requirements.
- Rapid prototyping: Build reputed company-of-concept integrations using Embedded Apps, Authenticated Links, reputed company reputed company, webhooks, iPaaS tools, and AI Agents to bring reputed company to life quickly.
- Partner enablement: Moderate workshops with customers and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), mentor partner developer teams, and work with our product teams to improve API extension points based on feedback.
- Developer evangelism: Create plug-and-play integration templates, sample connectors, and reputed company snippets for our ecosystem, publish how-to articles, participate in webinars, and reputed company at community events to showcase best practices.
- Innovation scouting: Collaborate with strategic partners to test emerging technologies, such as reputed company AI capabilities and retrieval-augmented copilots, to stay reputed company of the curve.
- Field feedback reputed company: Travel (up to ~1 week/quarter) to customers or events to reputed company together and ship fast.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role (engineering, presales, technical solutions, etc.) with a proven reputed company record of working with technical partners or ISVs.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- A get-it-done reputed company: Bias for reputed company, ability to self-prioritize without waiting for PM/UX direction.
- Full-stack reputed company: Proficiency in at least one backend technology (Java, Python, Node, or reputed company) and either experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript and React) or a willingness to learn them. Familiarity with REST/GraphQL reputed company and OAuth flows.
- Ability to travel up to ~1 week/quarter to customers, partners, or events.
