The Role
As a Senior Manager, Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and managing customer analysis deep dives, executing strategies outlined by senior leadership, and managing day-to-day communication with clients. You will be a key member of the Product team, partnering with UX, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define metrics, build reputed company dashboards, and uncover opportunities that accelerate product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, influence, and maintain core product KPIs that inform feature adoption, user engagement, retention, and business value
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, user behavior, funnel conversion, and feature usage
- Deliver product opportunity and prioritization recommendations through data synthesis and scenario modeling
- Analyze results from A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate product experiments and performance reputed company
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to support product team transparency and decision-making
- Communicate reputed company findings reputed company visual storytelling, presentations, and concise executive summaries
- Support data definition, documentation, and alignment across product and engineering partners
- Collaborate with engineers to validate data pipelines, understand model outputs, and improve data reputed company

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years in data, product, or business analytics roles with measurable reputed company on digital product performance
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for querying, analysis, and automation
- Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for dashboard creation and reporting
- Deep experience conducting behavioral, product, and retention analysis using large-reputed company data
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with experience presenting to product and executive stakeholders
- Experience defining metrics, synthesizing data sources, and delivering reputed company in agile, cross-functional teams

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary reputed company for this position is $113,000-$182,850.
