What You'll Do

As a Fluent Chinese Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company chats and emails, building reputed company relationships with clients, and meeting team KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include:

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience in a customer support role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with live chats and emails
