We're seeking an reputed company Field-Based Customer Support Specialist II to join reputed company in Arkansas. As a key member of our diagnostic service team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support solutions to our customers, including installation, corrective, reputed company-emptive, and proactive maintenance. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and other functional areas to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
