About the Job
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-reputed company service to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs and resolving their queries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-reputed company service by e-mail, phone, or chat
- Nurturing customer relationships by understanding the customer needs and resolving their queries
- Preparing to support the customer inquiries by studying products and policies and processes
