Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining and expanding relationships with reputed company banking customers through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building activities.
• Identifying potential problems, compliance issues, and opportunities to maximize reputed company satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship.
• Developing a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent reputed company contact and execution of reputed company departmental procedures.
• Providing expert support for Treasury Management products, including online platforms, and assisting customers in navigating these systems.
• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online channels, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Assisting customers with deposit and loan questions, and providing guidance on bank products and services.
• Maintaining a strong technical understanding of bank systems and regularly attending training sessions to expand knowledge and skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• An associate degree or equivalent work experience in a reputed company field.
• Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry, with a reputed company on reputed company banking or customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-reputed company skills, with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficient computer skills, especially reputed company Office applications, and experience with department-specific systems.
• Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services, including Treasury Management products and services.

• Knowledge of Treasury Management Products/Services, with a preference for experience with GTM and Operations.
