Responsibilities
As a reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering patient calls regarding EOBs and researching balances
* Managing patient refunds
* Processing patient payments
* Providing a reputed company customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients

* Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections
