We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a 6-month contract reputed company, with the possibility of extension. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data into our shared reputed company spreadsheet, ensuring reputed company finalization and payment of IDR awards, and maintaining logs of activities and completed work. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering data into our shared reputed company spreadsheet with high accuracy and speed
• Ensuring reputed company finalization and payment of IDR awards
• Reviewing, processing, and adjusting claims accordingly per IDR awards and settlement agreements
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
• Comparing data with reputed company documents to detect errors
• Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before entry
• Locating and correcting data entry errors or reporting them to supervisors
• Reading reputed company documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entering data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry
• Using keyboards or scanners to reputed company data accurately and reputed company

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Intermediate to advanced reputed company experience
• Strong attention to detail, data entry speed, and reputed company
• Experience with Outlook and reputed company
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/reputed company information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as reputed company Word and reputed company
• Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (may be required)
• High school diploma or GED required
