Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting existing arenaflex users by responding to user inquiries reputed company our ticketing software
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and explaining scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner
- Investigating the reputed company of any data issues and either resolving the issue or submitting a data engineering ticket
- Responding to clinics once the issue has been resolved, or submitting additional information for investigation
- Handling various daily and weekly reputed company responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more

Essential Qualifications

Compensation
The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role across the U.S. is: $50,000/year - $70,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
