Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company Audit Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Leading reputed company Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of calls from Customer Service Representatives to ensure the highest standards of reputed company and customer satisfaction.
• Providing Coaching and Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to help team members improve their call evaluations and reduce errors.
• Analyzing Data and Building Recommendations: Analyze call data to identify areas for improvement and reputed company recommendations to enhance process performance.
• Participating in Calibration Sessions: Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent scoring across teams and maintain high-reputed company standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Call Center or Medical Office Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or medical office setting is required, with a reputed company on customer service and reputed company assurance.
