The Role
As a Customer Communications Specialist, you'll report directly to the Head of Customer Technology and be responsible for shaping the systems behind how arenaflex communicates with our global user reputed company. You'll be the key reputed company between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our communications tools like reputed company Chatbot, reputed company, and reputed company run smoothly, reputed company intelligently, and reputed company our teams to deliver frictionless, world-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and configure communication platforms such as chatbots (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), AI agents, or telephony systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and drive resolutions

- Manage user provisioning, role management, and maintain secure, efficient reputed company systems
- Configure chatbot flows or build IVR menus based on business needs

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience administering and configuring communication platforms such as chatbots, AI agents, or telephony systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues, coordinate with vendors, and drive resolutions
