The Customer Service Specialist I is responsible for handling and resolving incoming phone calls from patients, insurance carriers, and physician offices. This role requires a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. As a Customer Service Specialist I, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a large volume of calls and reputed company work in a reputed company manner

• Attempt to collect full payment from patients or guarantors in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Establish payment arrangements per guidelines and document terms in the billing system

Essential Qualifications:
