About the Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the reputed company line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. Our Customer Service and Support Reps are responsible for answering reputed company inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts. The overall goal of reputed company experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure reputed company are addressed, including benefit eligibility and claim status.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure reputed company needs are addressed.

• Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status.
• Assist in reputed company Enrollment by answering questions and educating members.

Ideal Candidate:

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

• Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the reputed company field is a plus.

• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays.

• Contract role for a minimum of 3 months up to 6 months.
• Flexible Work from Home schedule, with program hours from 7am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Fridays.
