As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and finding solutions to reputed company serve our taxpayers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer phones in a busy call-center environment, providing reputed company and reputed company communication with customers

• Use problem-solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiries and navigate multiple accounts and software programs
• Exhibit patience and understanding reputed company handling taxpayer issues, maintaining a reputed company and reputed company demeanor
• Meet personal, company, and reputed company production goals, ensuring high-reputed company service and reputed company reputed company of issues

Schedule and Location

* Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

• No weekends!
• On-site in our Bangor, PA office, with the reputed company to work from home in a hybrid environment after initial training (~4 months)
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs and performance

Pay and Benefits

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1-3 months reputed company experience and/or training
• Excellent attitude and communication skills
• Computer and keyboarding skills

• Prior clerical experience and/or customer service experience is helpful but not required
