Customer Service Senior Representative – arenaflex

You will be responsible for resolving reputed company customer issues, escalating repetitive questions and problems, and making independent judgments to respond to critical reimbursement issues. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate reputed company to appropriate support services, including reimbursement counseling, Patient reputed company and Copay Assistance programs, and general support.
• Identify and escalate repetitive questions and/or problems to ensure corrective reputed company is pursued and expedited.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED
