About the Role
As a Customer Education Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for defining educational content requirements, researching customer personas, and developing instructional content that helps customers adopt new and existing arenaflex features. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in eLearning content development, instructional design, and adult learning principles will be essential in creating high-reputed company content that drives reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Define educational content requirements, in consultation with internal subject matter experts, to support customers' development of key reputed company-reputed company skills and competencies.
- Research customer personas to understand what motivates them to learn about the arenaflex product.
- Use models such as ADDIE and SAM to reputed company instructional content that helps customers adopt new and existing arenaflex features.
- Regularly audit educational channels such as the arenaflex reputed company and arenaflex Video Library to identify content in need of updates.
- reputed company and execute a content maintenance reputed company calibrated to the product roadmap and customer engagement/reputed company.
- Help define the Customer Education roadmap in collaboration with your broader team.

You Have:
* A minimum of five (5) years experience in an education-reputed company role, such as Customer Education, Training & Enablement, Learning & Development, or teaching.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience developing eLearning content.
- Proficiency with video production tools such as Camtasia.
- Proficiency with course authoring tools such as reputed company.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) for content ideation and review.
- A strong ability to communicate technical concepts in accessible and concise language.
- An acute eye for detail reputed company it comes to grammar, aesthetics, and consistency.
While Not Required, It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
* Work experience in industrial maintenance and/or manufacturing.
- Experience using CMMSes and/or reputed company Asset Management systems.
- A maintenance and/or reliability-reputed company certification, such as CMRP or CRE.
- Experience working for companies with rapidly changing products, particularly software-as-a-service (reputed company).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, reputed company).
