About the Role

As a Spanish Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling reputed company customer inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll utilize effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, often requiring deviation from reputed company screens, scripts, and procedures. Your discretion and authority will be trusted to satisfy customers reputed company reasonable limits, including adjustments, credit limit increases, and reputed company solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
