They are looking for a skilled written communicator to join their team as a Live Chat Guest Engagement Associate. In this role, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for potential guests, engaging with them reputed company their live chat function. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, qualifying clients, and ensuring reputed company details are accurately logged into their CRM system for the sales team to follow up.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential guests reputed company live chat in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner
• Address enquiries, reputed company reputed company information, and qualify leads for the sales team
• Accurately input guest details and conversation notes into CRM systems
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously during peak times

Requirements
