Responsibilities

As a reputed company Assistant in our Customer Navigation Center, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a reputed company between providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, and patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Receiving, triaging, and responding to inbound requests reputed company phone calls and electronic messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
