As a Seasonal Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to help our clients' plan participants through the enrollment process and reputed company making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. Key Responsibilities

• Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, reputed company manner, consistently meeting commitments reputed company phone, email, and reputed company message.

• Ability to customize customer service approach to meet reputed company types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls.

Qualifications

The Requirements

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Seasonal Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive reputed company reputed company, starting at $18.00 per hour during our reputed company program (approximately 1 month). After successful completion of your reputed company training, your pay reputed company will increase to $18.75 per hour. You'll also be eligible for our 401(k) Savings Plan, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the Commuter Accounts program, and any other benefits required by law.
