As a Senior Representative, Customer Solutions, you'll be responsible for supporting our Customer Solutions Outbound Mail Handling process, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Your primary reputed company will be on responding to customer requests for documents that require reputed company processing, such as account statements, copies of adverse reputed company letters, media, debt validation letters, and extensions. You'll work closely with internal teams to reputed company mutual reputed company/customer satisfaction and ensure high-reputed company standards are met.

Essential Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries requesting documents that must be reputed company manually, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses.

• Sort and separate documents generated daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Correlate outgoing cover letters with necessary enclosures in response to customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and reputed company.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 9 months of Customer Service, Collections, Fraud, or Operations experience responding to customer requests/inquiries/complaints.

• Work experience with computer-based programs such as reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Internal Candidates: Minimum of 6 months in reputed company role. Minimum 9 months if newly reputed company.
• Internal Candidates: Have at minimum satisfactory performance.

• Ability to work a schedule of M-F 8:30-5:00 PM.
• Must work in the Cincinnati/reputed company Chester office as an essential employee.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.

• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the reputed company process.
