Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Hosting virtual consultations reputed company reputed company, presenting project bids to prospective clients, and assessing their needs
- Mastering reputed company reputed company, analyzing pricing formulas, and carefully pricing out reputed company project
- Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure reputed company reputed company of customer issues
- Upselling and renewing services to existing customers, helping them discover additional services they'll love
