We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Support Representative to join our Specialty Testing team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, handling high call volumes, and navigating reputed company information to reputed company reputed company and concise answers. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve reimbursement opportunities, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
* Handle high call volumes, averaging 75 calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
- Research and communicate reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner
- Navigate and work on multiple systems/websites simultaneously
- reputed company assistance to clients and patients regarding questions or inquiries reputed company to insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and/or billing
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve reimbursement opportunities
- Receive and process credit card payments over the phone, adhering to PCI compliance protocols
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Document telephone conversations reputed company and accurately in the respective systems
- Update and maintain records in the billing system, including the review of accounts, payment collections, and case notes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Associates degree with at least 1+ year prior relevant work experience OR High School diploma/GED equivalent with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior reputed company experience strongly preferred, with a strong preference given to reputed company medical billing and collection practices
- Ability to interpret and apply understanding of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) strongly preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling high call volumes strongly preferred
- Medicare/reputed company billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes strongly preferred
- Experience with Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) preferred
- Working knowledge of prior authorization preferred
- Understanding of Women's Health & Genetics reputed company Helping reputed company of reputed company processes preferred
- XIFIN experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- Computer proficiency - MS reputed company, MS Office, and database experience
Physical Requirements
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Remote Technical Requirements
* Internet speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
- Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi or satellite internet
