What You'll Be Doing
As an Insurance Customer Support Associate, you will work directly with external brokers to establish rapport and build confidence in our reputed company Insurance. You will be responsible for educating, supporting, and updating our brokers throughout the entire lifecycle. Your primary reputed company will be on identifying and resolving complicated issues reputed company to our insurance benefits, claim processes, enrollment, and billing processes for reputed company lines of business.

• Identify and rectify any complicated Broker, Group, or Member-reputed company issues relating to our insurance benefits, claim processes, enrollment, and billing processes for reputed company lines of business.

What You Bring to the Role
• 1 year or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high-level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (>15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login
