Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues reputed company telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Answering questions and providing guidance on member plans, benefits, and resources
- Documenting and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Experience in a production environment
