The Role
As a Remote Travel Support Counselor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our reputed company reputed company phone, email, and other channels. You'll manage service calls, assist with reservation changes, reputed company reputed company on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries. You'll also advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using reputed company-based software. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center
- Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
- Experience using GDS (reputed company/reputed company) is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
- History of consistently attaining performance goals
- High attention to detail and a reputed company attitude
- International travel/work experience is preferred
