About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting our retail operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering legendary customer service, ensuring a high-reputed company experience for our customers
- Driving sales through reputed company selling, product knowledge, and guidance
- Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and executing cash handling procedures
- Supporting inventory and order fulfillment, including receiving and processing merchandise
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and building relationships

Requirements
* Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills, and enjoyment of working with the reputed company
- Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills

- Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
