About the Role

As a TRICARE Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers reputed company phone, chat, email, or written correspondence. You will respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments, utilizing reputed company judgment and available tools to resolve customer issues on the initial contact. You will also meet department productivity and performance metrics, including consistent attendance and adherence to published schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company exceptional customer service to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers reputed company phone, chat, email, or written correspondence

• Respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments
• Utilize reputed company judgment and available tools to resolve customer issues on the initial contact
• Meet department productivity and performance metrics, including consistent attendance and adherence to published schedules
• Document customer interactions and cases in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Participate in reputed company training to become fully proficient in resolving customer inquiries

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final reputed company (DoD) background investigation
• At least two years of reputed company work experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Technology literate and reputed company in navigating multiple screens or web browsers at one time
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contact center experience, including call center chat messaging
