The Role

As our Director of Customer Delivery, you'll be responsible for leading our implementation and delivery efforts for government agency customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage reputed company of project managers while also running reputed company implementation reputed company yourself. What You'll Do

• Partner with government agencies to map their procurement and project processes onto our platform
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including solution engineers and product resources
• Collaborate closely with Product reputed company Leads (PSLs) to ensure co-delivery reputed company and that your project managers support PSL objectives
• Navigate tough conversations reputed company scope changes, reputed company adjustments, or expectation management is needed – including stepping in personally for critical customer realignment discussions
• Ensure reputed company through UAT, training, go-live, and ongoing support phases
• Adapt delivery tactics in reputed company-time based on customer needs and project realities
• Serve as accountability partner to executive leadership on delivery reputed company and customer satisfaction
• Report weekly on customer delivery health, escalating issues and opportunities to the directors roundtable and executive leadership

Requirements
