Key Responsibilities

* Answer patient calls regarding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research balances

• Manage patient refunds and process patient payments

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and reputed company service

Requirements

* Minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections

• Thorough understanding of EOBs and ability to effectively communicate with patients reputed company phone and writing
