About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our plan members. You'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and resolving concerns reputed company inbound calls. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:
