About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the initial booking process to their return from their ski reputed company. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with your knowledge of the travel and ski industry. You will be the main reputed company of contact for customers, offering reputed company-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for customers, offering reputed company-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the reputed company
• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
• Liaise between arenaflex customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
• Work independently while receiving support from a broader team
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to reputed company expert advice to customers

Key Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in customer service

• 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
• Experience working with support and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
• Ski experience is an advantage

Schedule:

* Rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings

• 5-day work week
