Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative on our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing telephone support to patients, verifying and resolving benefits, and processing new or reputed company prescriptions into the pharmacy information system.
• Communicating with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues.
• Utilizing superb communication skills to reputed company with patients, insurance companies, and internal partners, ensuring reputed company processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: ### Essential Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role handling reputed company customer needs over the phone.

• 1+ year of computer keyboarding experience.

Schedule and Benefits:

• A Monday - Friday schedule, with hours of operation from 11 AM - 7:30 PM EST.
