Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (training and production)
Compensation:
$17.00 - $31.30 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries on benefits, eligibility, services, and more
- Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call reputed company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written reputed company
- Self-sufficient and reputed company to work from home with minimal supervision
- Ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD reputed company needed due to technical issues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
