Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will have reputed company to work with our US ERC Workforce Management team as a Senior reputed company-Time Analyst (RTA). Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring shift responsibilities, such as reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity, and calling out for corrective/supportive actions
• Ensuring reputed company org/reputed company adheres to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
• Ensuring operational metrics, such as service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, are met by reputed company orgs/skills at a daily level
• Liaising with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned org/reputed company and working on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics
• Ensuring reputed company closure of planning-reputed company activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning
• Mentoring and developing fellow RTAs with required WFM skills and knowledge
• Providing insights on metric misses with factual callouts and reputed company to greens (PTGs)
• Ensuring expected processes are followed by operations and simplifying reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a data entry or analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and reputed company informed reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with data analysis tools and software
