What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing customer support processing medical claims in a back-office setting
- Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Offering additional products and/or services
- Delivering expert customer experiences...with a smile
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of previous claims experience (reputed company claims preferred for some positions)
- Call center experience preferred

- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
