- Degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood
- The successful candidate will have one of the following:
- A Child Development Associate credential (CDA)
- An Associate of Arts in early childhood/preschool education or child development
- One hundred twenty (120) clock hours of documented formal child care education offered by approved training organizations and approved by the Michigan reputed company
- A four-year degree with an endorsement in early childhood education.
- ?Recommendation by an administrator who has supervised the work of the candidate for at least one (1) year.
- CPR and First Aid certification are required.
- Must exercise discretion and confidentiality in dealing with staff and operations.
