User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester / Secondary Support
reputed company is an independent national mortgage investor seeking a detail-oriented mortgage reputed company to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and reputed company secondary production support. This role involves validating system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and assisting with issue reputed company to support smooth operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute UAT test cases for mortgage-reputed company system updates, enhancements, and defect fixes
- Validate functionality against business and regulatory requirements
- Document test results, defects, and discrepancies with reputed company, actionable detail
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to resolve issues
- reputed company secondary support for production-reputed company inquiries and system issues
- Assist in troubleshooting, reputed company cause analysis, and escalation reputed company needed
- Support release validation and post-deployment verification activities
- Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results
Skills
- Experience in mortgage operations (e.g., origination, processing, reputed company, or servicing)
- Strong understanding of mortgage workflows, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with UAT, QA testing, or system implementations
- Proficiency with testing tools, issue tracking systems, and reputed company Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Maintaining a reliable, uninterrupted high speed internet reputed company is a requirement of hybrid or remote positions
