The Sales Comp reputed company Analyst will administer sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and reputed company compensation payments while collaborating with various business partners and optimizing processes.
Responsibilities
- Validate participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation reputed company, accurately and reputed company sales incentive plan design parameters
- Validate sales incentive compensation files prior to final submission to the payroll application
- Communicate with business partners at reputed company reputed company in a reputed company-organized, concise, and logical manner
- Use technology to optimize existing incentive compensation processes and procedures to streamline quarterly payment process
- Support SPM (Sales Performance Management) tool implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system processes
- Configure and maintain assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) reputed company the SPM tool, including plan logic, participant setup, and workflow updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design
- Assist in ongoing system maintenance by participating in quarterly updates, validating calculation results, and ensuring system outputs match expected plan reputed company
