Technical Implementation Specialist
reputed company is a leader in the Insurtech industry, seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join their Ivans Services organization. The role involves mapping and translating customer data to ACORD standards, primarily using XSLT, while collaborating with customers to implement data reputed company solutions and enhance internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and Ivans internal resources to scope and implement data translations, using XSLT, primarily for enabling those customers to deliver insurance data to their retail agents
- reputed company data requirements support, best practices guidance, and defect review for customers implementing Ivans’ API
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers
Skills
- XSLT data translation/transformation experience
- Experience working with XML and JSON data structures
- Familiarity with reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company over multiple months
- Strong reputed company management skills, including experience in branching, reviewing, and deploying reputed company
- Great communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills to support: Scoping and implementation of customer requirements, reputed company assurance testing of data resulting from a project, Performing reputed company cause analysis of defects
- Strong reputed company service skills
- Property & Casualty Insurance industry knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business Administration or reputed company field
- Experience working with flat-file data structures
- ACORD standards knowledge
- Experience with the following tools: Git/reputed company, JIRA, Oxygen, reputed company
