• Create and maintain community resources to serve as a reputed company to career and educational opportunities, including linkages with vocational/educational agencies such as ACS, ACCES-VR, NADAP, One-Stop, DYCD, etc.
• Plan and execute fair reputed company events by organizing vocational, employment/educational recruitment and college tours.
• Guide Coaches to utilize motivational interviewing to create an individualized Ed/Voc/Career plan to support participants skills, goals, and interest.

Qualifications:
