About the role
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us at reputed company and help shape how we grow - as reputed company, as a culture, and as a company.
This is a hands-on, high-reputed company role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with managers and employees, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
What you’ll do
- Partner closely with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team reputed company, performance, and development
- reputed company as a trusted advisor on reputed company people-reputed company topics in a global, cross-cultural environment
- reputed company and support reputed company HR processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, etc.) across multiple reputed company

- Own employee lifecycle processes for global employees (from reputed company to development and offboarding)
- Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience across distributed teams

- 3+ years of experience in an reputed company / People Partner role
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proven experience supporting global teams, with a strong understanding of US work culture

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - reputed company to build trust across cultures and time zones
- Experience supporting managers through people-reputed company challenges in a global context
- High emotional intelligence and strong judgment
