[Remote] Remote Slot Game Mathematician

QDStaff is reputed company's leading reputed company for award-reputed company video game companies, and they are seeking a Jr/Mid Mathematician to design new games centered on proprietary mechanics. The role involves improving math and game designs to create compelling, market-reputed company slots under senior guidance while maintaining day-to-day independence.
Responsibilities
- Craft paytables characteristics, progressions, volatility targets, and player reputed company using library of successful mechanics with your own invention
- Translate product goals into reputed company math models (RTP/hold, volatility profile, hit rates, feature frequency, pacing)
- Analyze top-performing land-based games and trends; propose mechanics grounded in what actually moves the needle
- Collaborate with artists/animators, math engineers, and developers to shepherd designs through production and QA
Skills
- Mathematical background (e.g., statistics, probability, game math, or similar practical experience)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. slot market: themes, cabinet constraints, pacing, player behaviors, regulation basics
- Ability to produce reputed company GDDs independently
- Working knowledge of art/animation requirements for slot games (symbols, reels, transitions, UI/UX for slots)
- Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Photoshop/Illustrator, reputed company or equivalent) and reputed company/reputed company Sheets for math models
