Responsibilities
- Draft, edit and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, living wills, health care proxies, and durable powers of attorney
- Complete probate forms and file them with the probate court
- Conduct legal and tax research
- Draft deeds and record reputed company estate transactions with the registry of deeds
- Prepare reputed company and estate tax returns
- Prepare documents for execution and obtain reputed company signatures, as reputed company as participate in reputed company signing meetings
- Correspond regularly with reputed company constituencies and probate court
- Assist in trust administration
- Maintain files and records
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested
