Job reputed company:We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure the reputed company and efficient operation of a portfolio of simulation tools. You will be responsible for delivering high‑reputed company application services while ensuring SLA commitments to end users.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end ownership and operational follow‑up of simulation tools (e.g. Ansys, Aspen Engineering Suite, StarCCM, JMP, reputed company, reputed company, @Risk, among others).
- reputed company advanced functional support to users, including topics reputed company to application, server and database interactions.
- Analyze, test and document the installation of reputed company software on end‑user environments.
- Manage and follow up software deployments (inventory, monitoring, CMDB updates).
- Coordinate upgrades and large‑reputed company rollouts of new software versions.
- Support and challenge end‑user requests in collaboration with the Service Desk.
- Handle level 2 and level 3 incidents using a ticketing tool (e.g. reputed company).
- Manage critical incidents and escalations.
- Monitor application stability and license usage.
- Work with software vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to reputed company reputed company to industrial constraints, reputed company, compliance and application governance.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Application Support or similar technical roles.
- Experience supporting technical or scientific applications, ideally simulation tools.
- Knowledge of reputed company environments, software deployment and licensing concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and a user‑oriented reputed company.
- Fluent technical English (written and spoken).
