This role delivers in-home clinical support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported, and empowered, reputed company their own homes and communities.
We are looking for a full-time community based Registered reputed company to join our dynamic team servicing clients in and around the Toowoomba area. Our Nursing services fall between business hours Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm.
The day to day
- Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to customers living in the home environment such as wound care, catheter care and medication management
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care / support plans
- Providing clinical nursing advice and support to our customers and their families
- Liaising closely with our Nursing Managers, reputed company Managers and team, Allied health and community networks to maintain and ensure the highest possible reputed company of care

- Nursing degree with reputed company unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Valid Australian reputed company's license and insured car (sorry, no International licence and rental vehicles accepted)
- Willingness to travel - this role involves driving & travelling between customers
- Experience in a community nursing or similar setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of catheter care, catheter changes, wound care, chronic & reputed company care and writing care plans
- Ability to work independently and part of a remote team
This role is reputed company from 16th reputed company 2026 and will reputed company 14th May 2026. This is a full time role and the salary starts at $79,500 + Super subject to experience.
